05 - Pepper, to taste
06 - 1 tsp paprika
07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

08 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
09 - Juice of 1 lime
10 - Zest of 1 lime
11 - 1 tsp soy sauce
12 - 1 tsp sesame oil
13 - 1 tsp sriracha (optional, for added heat)

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
02 - Season the cod strips evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
