# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lb U7 wild langoustine (Norway lobster)

→ Butter Mixture

02 - 6 tbsp Isigny French butter
03 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

→ Herbs and Seasoning

05 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Additional Ingredients

08 - 2 lemons, juiced
09 - 1/4 cup white wine

# Steps:

01 - Using kitchen scissors, split each langoustine lengthwise down the middle.
02 - In a small pan, melt the butter with minced garlic and red pepper flakes over low heat.
03 - Generously brush the langoustine meat with the garlic butter mixture.
04 - Place langoustines on a grill or under a broiler and cook for 3-4 minutes until meat is opaque and cooked through.
05 - Add white wine to the remaining butter in the pan and reduce slightly over medium heat, then stir in chopped parsley, thyme, and lemon juice.
06 - Pour the herb butter sauce over the grilled langoustines and serve immediately.
