Using kitchen scissors, split each langoustine lengthwise down the middle.

In a small pan, melt the butter with minced garlic and red pepper flakes over low heat.

Generously brush the langoustine meat with the garlic butter mixture.

Place langoustines on a grill or under a broiler and cook for 3-4 minutes until meat is opaque and cooked through.

Add white wine to the remaining butter in the pan and reduce slightly over medium heat, then stir in chopped parsley, thyme, and lemon juice.
