In a big mixing bowl, throw in the flour, softened butter, and salt. Pour your foamy yeast water over it, then knead everything for about 8-10 minutes till smooth and elastic.

Grease a bowl, place the dough inside, and cover it with a towel. Let it chill in a cozy spot for an hour so it can bulk up and double in size.
04 -
Knock the air out of the dough gently, then break it into 12-14 bits. Roll those into ropes, about 6-7 inches long, and lay them on your prepared baking tray.
05 -
Cover the shaped dough sticks with your kitchen towel and let them rest until they swell up a bit—give it 20-30 minutes.
06 -
Turn your oven up to 400°F and bake your breadsticks for 12-15 minutes until they’re golden and beautiful.
07 -
While they're still warm, paint them with your garlic butter using a brush. Dish them out while they're fresh and enjoy the compliments!
