01 - 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 8 oz hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
03 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
04 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
06 - 1/4 cup honey
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
03 - Brush the dough with olive oil and pre-bake it in the oven for 5 minutes, until it begins to firm up but isn’t fully cooked.
04 - Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the pre-baked crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
05 - Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the pizza, followed by the crumbled feta cheese.
06 - Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
07 - Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the pizza.
08 - If desired, top the pizza with fresh arugula or spinach. Slice and serve hot.
