Dreamy bundt cake made with a trio of milks and finished with a coconut topping. A time-honored treat for any celebration or family event.

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Mixture

01 - 2½ cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour
02 - 1 cup coconut milk
03 - ½ cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 can condensed milk
05 - 1 can evaporated milk
06 - 3 tablespoons margarine
07 - 3 large eggs

→ Topping with Coconut

08 - 1 cup shredded coconut
09 - 1 cup coconut milk
10 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

# Steps:

01 - Throw the condensed milk, evaporated milk, flour, coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and margarine into your blender. Run it until you’ve got a silky mix.
02 - Turn your oven to 350°F and get your Bundt pan ready. Coat it with grease and a dust of flour, reaching every corner and curve.
03 - Pour the batter into the Bundt pan, spreading it evenly. Bake between 30 and 60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick starting at 30 minutes.
04 - While the cake bakes, mix shredded coconut, sugar, and coconut milk in a pot. Warm it on medium heat until it boils and thickens to a creamy texture.
05 - Once the cake is out of the oven and warm, pour the prepared coconut topping over it slowly. Let it sit to cool before slicing.

# Tips:

01 - Baking time changes depending on your oven—check it after 30 minutes.
02 - Add the topping while the cake is still warm so it soaks in well.
03 - Don’t try to take the cake out of the pan before it’s completely cool.
