14 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
15 - 1/4 cup water or broth

02 - In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, cooking for 4 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
04 - Stir in soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and water into the vegetables. Return the seared steak and cooked shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything for 2 to 3 minutes until glossy and sizzling. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Slice steak against the grain to enhance tenderness.
02 - Maintain high heat for a proper sear to lock in juices.
03 - Optional: add mushrooms or zucchini for additional vegetables.
