Mini Apple Crisp Bites (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust and Topping

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 1 cup rolled oats
03 - ¾ cup packed brown sugar
04 - 12 tablespoons softened butter

→ Filling

05 - 1 can apple pie filling

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Generously spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
02 - In the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter. Mix until well combined and the texture resembles a crumble.
03 - Place a heaping tablespoon of the crumble mixture into each mini muffin cup. Press the mixture along the bottom and sides to form a cup shape.
04 - Place about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling into each prepared cup.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing.
