In the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter. Mix until well combined and the texture resembles a crumble.

Place a heaping tablespoon of the crumble mixture into each mini muffin cup. Press the mixture along the bottom and sides to form a cup shape.

Place about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling into each prepared cup.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing.
