# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
03 - 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
04 - Pinch of salt

05 - 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
06 - 1 cup chopped pecans
07 - ½ cup mini chocolate chips, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Combine semi-sweet and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring between, until melted and smooth.
02 - Stir peppermint extract and a pinch of salt into the melted chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
03 - Gently fold in miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans until evenly coated with chocolate.
04 - Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
05 - Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over each cluster for garnish.
06 - Refrigerate clusters for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
