Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick foil and set aside.

Combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe container. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Stir mini marshmallows into the melted mixture until fully coated.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle M&Ms over the top and press down slightly.

Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the bars are set.

Cut into bars and store leftovers in an airtight container.
