01 -
Set your oven to 250°F (120°C) and get a baking tray ready by covering it with parchment paper.
02 -
Cut the oranges into thin, round slices about 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) thick.
03 -
Gently pat the orange slices with paper towels to soak up any extra liquid.
04 -
Lay the slices in a single, even layer on the lined baking tray.
05 -
Put the orange slices in the oven for roughly 3 hours, flipping them over every hour to check progress.
06 -
If you notice the edges browning too quickly, turn the temperature down a little.
07 -
Your orange slices are done when they're crispy and fully dried out.
08 -
Once dried, take them out of the oven and let them cool off before stashing them away or putting them to use.
