In a food processor, blitz the oreos until they become fine crumbs. Add 3 tablespoons of milk and blitz until the mixture forms a ball of dough.

Take the ball of dough and gather it on a sheet of plastic wrap. Press down to form a rough square and use a rolling pin to flatten to an even layer, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Trim the edges to make a clean square.

Mix the oreo cream with 2 teaspoons of milk in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

Spread the oreo cream evenly over the oreo dough square. Roll up the dough using the plastic wrap for support. Optionally, wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate to firm up.

Unwrap the roll, slice into pieces, and serve.
