Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can biscuit dough or homemade dough
02 - Oil for frying

→ For the cheesecake filling

03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ For the peach cobbler filling

06 - 2 cups diced peaches (fresh or canned)
07 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
08 - 1 tsp cinnamon
09 - 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

# Steps:

01 - Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F. Flatten biscuit dough slightly, then fry until golden brown and puffed. Drain on paper towels.
02 - Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
03 - Cook peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Cool slightly.
04 - Mix peach cobbler and cheesecake together. Transfer to a piping bag.
05 - Use a knife to make a small hole in each donut. Pipe in peach cobbler cheesecake filling.
