Southern Pimento Cheese (Print Format)

Cheesy and creamy Southern favorite with sharp cheddar, gouda, and pimentos. Great as a dip or spread.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Blend

01 - 8 oz of sharp cheddar, shredded
02 - 8 oz of room-temp cream cheese, softened
03 - 8 oz of smoked Gouda, grated

→ Additional Items

04 - 8 oz of roasted red pepper pieces or pimentos
05 - 1/2 cup of mayo
06 - A pinch of onion powder
07 - 1/2 tsp of dry mustard
08 - Sprinkle of cayenne (adjust to your liking)
09 - 2 tsp parsley (dry, optional)

# Steps:

01 - Toss everything except the cayenne into a large bowl.
02 - Use a spoon or an electric mixer to combine until it's creamy. Sprinkle in your cayenne as you go for a little heat.
03 - Let it chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, or up to a full day. Add parsley on top if you like.
