Pink Sweet Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 eggs.
02 - 1 box of strawberry-flavored cake mix.
03 - 6 tablespoons of melted butter.
04 - 1½ cups of white chocolate chips.
05 - 1 cup of diced fresh strawberries.
06 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F and cover baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together the cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and lemon juice until combined.
03 - Gently fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips and the diced strawberries.
04 - Using a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough on the parchment-lined baking sheets.
05 - Let the cookies bake in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
06 - Gently press the rest of the white chocolate chips onto the cookies while they’re still warm.
07 - Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move them to a rack to cool completely.

01 - If the dough feels sticky, chill it before shaping.
02 - Stick to fresh strawberries for this!
