Place lean ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat and crumble it as it cooks.

Once the beef is browned, add diced onions, bell peppers, and chopped pepperoni to the skillet. Stir well and cook until vegetables are softened.

Add chopped garlic to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove the skillet from heat. Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and crumbled bacon. Stir until fully combined.

Lay out flour tortillas and place a portion of the beef mixture down the center of each tortilla.

Roll up the tortillas and place them, seam-side down, on a baking sheet greased with cooking spray.

Pour pizza sauce over the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and crumbled bacon.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and golden brown on the edges.
