Queso Steak Fajita Skillet (Print Format)

01 - 2 cups Minute Rice
02 - 2 cups Chicken Broth
03 - 1 package Fajita Seasoning
04 - 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
05 - 3 Bell Peppers, sliced
06 - ½ Yellow Onion, diced
07 - 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
08 - 1 pound Top Sirloin, cut into strips
09 - Gordo’s Cheese Dip, as much as desired

# Steps:

01 - In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, onions, and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
02 - Add steak strips to the skillet. Cook to desired doneness and season with the fajita seasoning packet.
03 - Once the steak is cooked, stir in the Minute Rice and chicken broth. If not using Minute Rice, follow the rice-to-broth ratio and cooking times indicated on the package. Add tomato sauce and mix until well combined.
04 - Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook according to package instructions. Ensure the rice is fully cooked.
05 - Drizzle cheese dip over the cooked mixture. Serve warm and enjoy.

# Tips:

01 - To increase spice, add diced jalapeños during vegetable cooking, and a pinch of cayenne pepper with fajita seasoning.
