# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated pizza crust

→ Gravy

02 - 1 lb breakfast sausage
03 - 3 tbsp salted butter
04 - 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
05 - 2 cups half-and-half
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Scrambled Eggs

07 - 4 large eggs
08 - 1 tbsp milk
09 - 1 tbsp salted butter
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Toppings

11 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 1/2 lb cooked and crumbled bacon
13 - 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a 10 x 15 baking sheet.
02 - Roll out the pizza crust onto the greased baking sheet, poke holes with a fork, and pre-bake for 5 minutes.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Add butter and flour, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Gradually stir in half-and-half until thickened, then season with salt and pepper.
04 - Whisk eggs and milk together. In a skillet, melt butter, add egg mixture, and scramble until just set but still creamy. Remove from heat.
05 - Spread the gravy over the pre-baked crust, then layer with mozzarella cheese, scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese.
06 - Bake for 7-9 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
