01 - 8 slices soft sandwich bread (white or wheat)
02 - 8 cooked breakfast sausage links (pork, turkey, or veggie)
03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 0.5 cups milk
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
07 - 1 tbsp butter (for frying)

08 - Maple syrup (for drizzling or dipping)
09 - Powdered sugar
10 - Fresh fruit

# Steps:

01 - Cook sausage until fully done. Set aside.
02 - Trim crusts, roll each slice flat with a rolling pin.
03 - Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
04 - Place sausage on edge of bread, roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
05 - Dip rolls in batter. Fry in buttered skillet over medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
06 - Drizzle with syrup, dust with powdered sugar, or pair with berries.
