Southern Shrimp Beef Nacho Fries (Print Format)

01 - 1 large bag seasoned fries, cooked
02 - 1 large bag nacho cheese tortilla chips
03 - 300 g ground beef
04 - 12–15 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
05 - 1 medium tomato, diced
06 - 1 tbsp butter
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 1 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1 tsp onion powder
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - Parsley for garnish

→ Cheese Sauce

12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
14 - 1 cup heavy cream
15 - 1 tbsp butter
16 - 1/2 tsp paprika
17 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
18 - Pinch of salt

# Steps:

01 - Cook the fries as per package instructions and spread them on a large plate. Arrange tortilla chips around the edges of the plate.
02 - In a pan, brown the ground beef with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside when fully cooked.
03 - In the same pan, melt butter and sauté the shrimp until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
04 - In a saucepan, melt butter and heat heavy cream. Gradually mix in shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses with paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
05 - Layer fries and tortilla chips on a plate. Top with cooked ground beef, shrimp, and diced tomato.
06 - Pour the hot cheese sauce evenly over the assembled fries and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
