# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups white chocolate chips
02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
03 - 1/4 cup champagne
04 - 1/2 cup strawberry puree from fresh strawberries
05 - A pinch of salt
06 - Red food coloring, optional

# Steps:

01 - Line an 8-inch square pan with wax paper, ensuring the paper is smooth and extends over the edges for easy removal.
02 - Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is well combined.
03 - Stir in the champagne and mix thoroughly. The mixture will slightly fizz; continue to stir until it returns to a smooth consistency.
04 - Add the strawberry puree and a pinch of salt to the chocolate mixture. Stir until the puree is fully incorporated.
