Stuffed Pizza Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 13.8 oz can of premade pizza dough.
02 - 8 oz of browned and crumbled ground beef.
03 - ½ cup diced pepperoni.
04 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella.
05 - ½ cup of grated cheddar.
06 - Sprinkle of garlic powder (about ½ tsp).
07 - Pinch of Italian herbs (roughly ½ tsp).
08 - One beaten egg.
09 - Salt and pepper to your liking.
10 - ¼ cup marinara sauce (optional for dipping).

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and let it warm up.
02 - Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
03 - On a floured surface, spread the dough into a rectangular shape.
04 - Combine the cooked meat, chopped pepperoni, shredded cheeses, garlic powder, and herbs in a bowl.
05 - Evenly spread the mixture over the dough, leaving about an inch of space around the edge.
06 - Starting from the longer side, roll the dough into a snug log.
07 - Seal the edges and ends of the dough by pinching them together.
08 - Lay the dough log on the baking sheet with the seam facing down.
09 - Use the egg wash to coat the top of the dough lightly.
10 - Pop it into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden.
11 - Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then slice it up.
12 - Enjoy it as is or pair it with marinara for dipping if you feel like it.

# Notes:

01 - Ground beef can be swapped out for sausage.
02 - Feel free to toss in veggies like onions or bell peppers.
03 - Keep leftovers for up to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat in the oven for best taste.
