03 - 2.8 oz fresh spinach or frozen spinach, thawed
04 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped

06 - 4 tbsp olive oil
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
08 - Paprika, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large deep skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the diced chicken or turkey breast, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes until the meat is tender and fully cooked.
02 - Add the chopped garlic and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers soften.
03 - Pour the canned blended tomatoes into the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
04 - Add the fresh or thawed spinach to the skillet. Stir to combine, cover, and cook for 3 minutes until the spinach wilts and its flavor melds into the sauce.

# Tips:

01 - Season the poultry well before cooking for optimal flavor. Ensure meat is fully cooked to avoid undercooking. Use fresh vegetables when possible for best results. Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container up to 3-4 days.
