# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 teaspoons pesto
03 - 7 soft taco flour tortillas
04 - 1 1/3 lb cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
05 - 7 slices Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced
07 - 14 slices cooked bacon
08 - 1 (4-oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
09 - 1/3 cup apple butter

# Steps:

01 - Mix mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl until well combined.
02 - Spread a thin layer of apple butter down the center of each tortilla. Place a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on top, followed by 3 oz of turkey, a few slices of onion, 2 slices of bacon, and some sliced mushrooms. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of pesto mayonnaise.
03 - Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, forming a wrap.
04 - Place the wrap on a panini press and cook until golden brown. If using a skillet, cook like a grilled cheese sandwich, pressing with a griddle press to flatten slightly.
05 - Serve warm with a side of spicy honey mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
