Mix mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl until well combined.

Spread a thin layer of apple butter down the center of each tortilla. Place a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on top, followed by 3 oz of turkey, a few slices of onion, 2 slices of bacon, and some sliced mushrooms. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of pesto mayonnaise.

Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, forming a wrap.

Place the wrap on a panini press and cook until golden brown. If using a skillet, cook like a grilled cheese sandwich, pressing with a griddle press to flatten slightly.

Serve warm with a side of spicy honey mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
