Veg Mayo Sandwich Indian (Print Format)

Bread layered with creamy mayo, crunchy vegetables, and subtle spices for a quick and tasty snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 carrot, grated
02 - 3 tbsp peas
03 - 3 tbsp sweet corn
04 - 1 capsicum, finely chopped
05 - ½ onion, finely chopped
06 - 1 inch ginger, grated

→ Mayonnaise Mixture

07 - 1 cup veg mayonnaise
08 - 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
09 - ½ tsp pepper powder
10 - ½ tsp mixed herbs
11 - ½ tsp salt

→ Bread

12 - 5 slices of bread, white or brown
13 - Butter, for spreading (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine grated carrot, peas, sweet corn, finely chopped capsicum, onion, and grated ginger.
02 - Add veg mayonnaise, chopped coriander, pepper powder, mixed herbs, and salt to the bowl. Mix all ingredients well to combine evenly.
03 - Spread butter on one side of each bread slice (optional).
04 - Spread the prepared mayo stuffing evenly on one slice of bread. Cover with another slice of bread to form the sandwich.
05 - Trim the edges of the sandwich, if desired, and cut each sandwich into halves. Serve and enjoy.
