# Instructions:

01 - Grab an 8x8 pan, line it with parchment paper, and let it hang over the edges for easy lifting later.
02 - In a saucepan over low heat, slowly melt the butter, condensed milk, and white chocolate chips while stirring.
03 - Take it off the heat, then mix in the vanilla, almond extract, and a pinch of salt.
04 - Stir in the chopped cherries gently so they don't turn everything pink.
05 - Pour the mixture into your lined pan and make sure the top is nice and smooth.
06 - Pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours until it's completely firm.
07 - Use the parchment to lift it out of the pan, then slice into squares.

04 - Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
05 - You can freeze it for up to 3 months without any issues.
