Easy White Chocolate Brownie Pizza (Print Format)

Vanilla brownies with white chocolate chips and M&M’s, baked in a pizza pan and sliced into colorful wedges.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 cups granulated sugar
03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
05 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
08 - 1 cup M&M’s, plus extra for topping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch round pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
03 - Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
05 - Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M’s.
06 - Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and smooth the top.
07 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
08 - Let it cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, sprinkle additional M&M’s on top.
09 - Slice into wedges and serve like a pizza.

# Tips:

01 - For best slicing, allow the brownie pizza to cool completely before cutting.
02 - Mini M&M’s work great for even topping and easier slicing.
03 - You can use a 9×13-inch pan instead of a round pan—just adjust the bake time slightly.
04 - Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or freeze slices for up to 2 months.
05 - Try swapping in different candies or chocolate chips depending on the season or occasion.
