# Ingredients:

01 - 2 medium zucchinis, grated
02 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced
03 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs
04 - 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon of salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, optional
10 - Olive oil for brushing

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Grate zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
03 - Mix zucchini, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
